Appointment Policy

We see patients by appointment only. As we are a mobile practice our arrival time may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or other unexpected circumstances. Please allow a 30 to 60 minute window for our arrival. For your convenience, we will call or text you when we are en route to your appointment. In the case of extreme weather conditions or emergencies your appointment may be rescheduled for safety reasons.


Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of services. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Android Pay, and cash (exact change necessary as we do not carry cash on hand).


Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change and unexpected circumstances occur. We make an effort to accommodate our clients schedules; however, short notice cancellations prevent us from treating another patient in need.

​Since we are a mobile practice we plan our schedule carefully, so patients can be cared for in an effective and timely manner. No-shows and last minute cancellations take time away from other patients who need our services. For this reason we require a minimum 24-hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled by phone or text. Do not send a cancellation via email. Phone and text messages are given priority and an email message may not be seen in time.

​No-shows and appointments cancelled or rescheduled without 24-hour notice will be documented, and future appointments will require a non-refundable full exam deposit. Deposits must be made by credit card at the time that the appointment is scheduled.


COVID-19 Protocols

Health and wellness are central goals of Integrative Mobile Veterinary Care. With that in mind, we are proactive in minimizing risk of disease transmission to protect ourselves, our clients, and our small business. Dr. Wilson is fully vaccinated against COVID. If anyone in the home is ill with respiratory signs (coughing, sneezing) or recently tested positive for COVID please let us know prior to your appointment. There are no penalties for short notice COVID related cancellations.

Needles and syringes used for acupuncture are sterile and discarded after a single use. All other equipment is disinfected after appointments.
